Class Cancellation
GCP has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will result in a
$20 Late Cancel fee for all unlimited students and the loss of a credit for all students with single or package pricing options.
Class No Show
If you are not going to make it to class please cancel to allow another student to take your spot. Absence to class without a cancellation will result in a No Show fee of $30 for all unlimited memberships students or the loss of one credit for students with single or package pricing options.
Class Switch
Class switches are not permitted. Late switches cause open reformers in waitlisted classes, which prevents a fellow student from getting into class. Please only book classes you can definitely attend.
Late cancel fees will apply if the request is made within 12 hours of the class for unlimited members.
Class Waitlist
Our system will automatically add you to class if a spot becomes available up until 1 hour before the start time of class. Standard cancellation policies apply. If you anticipate you will not be able to attend class, simply remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours in advance to avoid late cancel fees.
You will receive an email or text notification confirming when you have been added to class from the waitlist.
Class Booking Windows
Booking our classes online or using the app is allowed up to 60 minutes prior to class start time.
If you wish to book the class within 60 minutes prior to start time, you must contact and speak to the studio at (631) 675 - 2787
Class availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins due to wait lists and will be considered a standby. Please read our Standby Policy.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive early for a smooth check-in experience.
If you anticipate being late, please call the studio at (631) 675-2787. Out of safety, respect and courtesy toward your fellow practitioners in the class and to keep class flow please be on time before class starts.
Being late over 10 minutes will be subject to our late cancel policy if you are denied entry due to lateness.
Standby Policy
Students must be present at the studio to be added to the Standby List. Students are added to class from the Standby List at class start time if a reformer becomes available. Class entry is granted on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed.
Private + Semi-Private Appointments
GCP honors a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. This applies to all Private + Duet appointments and includes both late cancellations and no-shows. In order to avoid forfeiting your appointment or being charged in full for unpaid registrations, please be sure to cancel your appointment by emailing info@goldcoastpilates.com or calling (631) 675-2787 at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Socks Required
For hygiene and safety purposes, please note that Non skid socks are required for reformer classes and privates. An array of socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Lost Property
Gold Coast Pilates is not responsible for items lost, misplaced or stolen while at our studio locations. If you have misplaced an item, please email info@goldcoastpilates.com.
Returns
Retail Sales

All sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Service Sales

All sales are final.

Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if GCP staff personal incorrectly processes a sale on the client's behalf.

Account credits for the full amount paid will be issued in case of the client incorrectly processing a sale, or a change of mind.
